This policy details the exact information collected, how it is stored and secured, the third-party services utilized by the app, and the mechanisms provided for exporting or deleting your personal data.

2. Information We Collect

Periodly collects only the information necessary to maintain your account and deliver core tracking features:

• Account Credentials: Email address and authentication tokens managed securely through Supabase Auth (or Google Sign-In).
• Profile Information: Name, date of birth, and tracking goals entered during onboarding or profile editing.
• Cycle Settings: Cycle length, period duration, and cycle regularity parameters.
• Period Logs: Start dates and end dates of your menstrual periods.
• Daily Health Logs: Menstrual flow intensity, mood indicators, symptoms logged, pain severity levels (1–5), energy levels (1–5), and custom notes you record.

Your information is used strictly to:

• Provide period tracking, calendar displays, and historical cycle calculations.
• Synchronize your tracking data securely across your signed-in devices via Supabase.
• Enable in-app data exports (PDF reports) and privacy controls.
• Maintain user authentication sessions and process account requests.

Your data is stored in cloud databases provided by Supabase and isolated using user ID association (`user_id`). Communication between the application and server APIs uses encrypted HTTPS connections with OAuth Bearer tokens. Local settings (e.g. onboarding state) are stored on-device using local storage.

6. Your Rights: Export & Account Deletion

You retain full ownership of your data within Periodly:

• Data Export: You can export a summary of your recorded health and cycle data in PDF format via the in-app Export Data screen (Settings → Privacy & Security → Export my data).
• Account & Data Deletion: You can delete your account and all stored records directly in the app (Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete my account) or by visiting our public Account Deletion Page.

Periodly is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
