We delivered an end-to-end AI voice interview platform for high-volume recruiting. Candidates complete guided voice sessions in the browser; audio is transcribed in real time and evaluated against configurable rubrics with LLM-backed reasoning traces for auditability. Recruiters use a dashboard to queue roles, review transcripts and scores, and filter pipelines—reducing phone-screen load while keeping human oversight in the loop. The system was designed for reliability (session recovery, rate limits) and privacy (retention policies, access controls).
